Given:
1 litre

=1000 {cm}^{3}=10^{-3} {m}^{3}

1 {hr}=3600 {sec}

{Q}=36000 {lit} \/ {hr}=(36000 \×10^{-3}) \/ 3600

=0.01 {m}^{3} \/ {s}

{WHP}={\ρ Q g h}/{1000}

={1000 \×0.01 \×9.81 \×10}/{1000}=0.981 {kW}
