When both are hinged load

(Pe_1)={π^2EI}/\l_e^2={π^2EI}/\l^2

When one end fixed other end free load

(Pe_2)={π^2EI}/\l_e^2={π^2EI}/{4\l^2}

(Pe_2)=1/4(Pe_1)

Pe_ L= 0.25
