A man departs from his house and walks 10 m towards north. He then turns left and walks 15 m. Now, he turns right and walks 7 m and stops. A pole is placed exactly 15 m east from where he stands. How far and in which direction is his house from the pole? (Assuming that all turns are 90 degree turns only.)
