Solution:

No current flows through the detector ‘D’
∴ Given circuit is balanced wheatstone bridge.

{X _{C_1}}/{X_{C_2}}=R_1/R_2

⇒{1/{ωC_1}}/{1/{ωC_2}}=R_1/R_2

⇒C_2/C_1=R_1/R_2

⇒10/x=20/60

⇒x=30\µ\f
