Let

V=V_m\sinωt

I=I_m\sin(ωt+ϕ)

Power = VI

=V-mI_m\sin(ωt+ϕ)

={V_mI_m}/2(\cosωt-\cos(2ωt+ϕ))

So anglar frequency of real power is '2ω'.
