\σ=4.0\N \/ \mm^2

Target mean strength is:

{\f}_{{\cm}}={\f}_{{\ck}}+(1.65 ×\σ)

{\f}_{{\cm}}=20+(1.65 ×4)

{\f}_{{\cm}}=26.6 \N \/ \mm^2
