Design bending moment is Maximum of the following
1) ${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}$ considering moment due to dead load and live load
${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}=1.5\left(\mathrm{DL}+\mathrm{LL}\right)=1.5\mathrm{x}\left(50+50\right)=$$150\mathrm{kN}-\mathrm{m}$
2) ${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}$ considering moment due to dead load and Seismic load
${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}=1.5\left(\mathrm{DL}+\mathrm{EL}\right)=1.5\mathrm{x}\left(40+20\right)=105\mathrm{kN}-\mathrm{m}$
3) ${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}$ considering moment due to dead load, live load and seismic load together
${\mathrm{M}}_{\mathrm{u}}=1.2\left(\mathrm{DL}+\mathrm{LL}+\mathrm{EL}\right)=1.2\mathrm{x}\left(50+50+20\right)=144\mathrm{kN}-\mathrm{m}.$
So the answer is 150 kN-m
