Solution:

h = Slab thickness = 20 cm

{\Radius \of \wheel \load \distribution (a)}/{\Thickness \of \Slab (h)}=2

a/{20cm}=2

a = 40 cm

⇒ b = a
Hence b = equivalent radius of resisting section = 40 cm
