Solution:

volume = area × thickness
V = 1 × 0.075 = 0.075

m^3

Given proportion is = 2:2:7
Proportion of Surkhi is

= (2/11) × 100 = 18.18%

Including finishing, the quantity of surkhi required is 54% more,
Now surkhi required = 1.54 × 0.1818 × 0.075 = 0.021
