Total cost price for 79 units $=79\times 1=\mathit{₹}79$
Selling Price (SP) of 79 units = Selling Price for 100 units (as he promises to sell at cost price).

Profit $=\mathit{S}\mathit{P}-\mathit{C}\mathit{P}$
⇒ Profit $=100-79=\mathit{₹}21$
Profit Percentage $=($ Profit $∕$ CP $)\times 100$
