Calculation:
Let the weights of Anwar, Amit, and Gopal be A, M, and G, respectively.
Total weight of Anwar, Amit, and Gopal $=45\times 3=135$
Total weight of Anwar and Amit $=43\times 2=86$
Total weight of Amit and Gopal $=42\times 2=84$
From the above:
$\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}+\mathit{G}=135$
$\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}=86$
$\mathit{M}+\mathit{G}=84$
Subtract $\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}=86$ from $\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}+\mathit{G}=135$ :
$\Rightarrow \mathit{G}=135-86=49$
Subtract $\mathit{M}+\mathit{G}=84$ from $\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}+\mathit{G}=135$ :
$\Rightarrow \mathit{A}=135-84=51$
To find M :
Substitute $\mathit{A}=51$ in $\mathit{A}+\mathit{M}=86$ :
$\Rightarrow 51+\mathit{M}=86$
