If 60 + 15 – 13 = 52, then what will be the value of 80 – 112 + 56?

Solution:

(2) On the basis of given system, 60

+ 15 – 13

is followed by

60 ÷ 15 ×

13 = 4 × 13 = 52

.
Hence, '+' means '÷' and ' – ' means'×'.
So,

80 – 112 + 56

is followed by

80 × 112 ÷ 56 = 80 × 2 =160.
