What will be the value of cube of radius of a hemisphere if the volume of the hemisphere is equal to half of volume of a cube of side length 44 cm?

Solution:

(4) Let the radius of the hemisphereis r cm.
Volume of cube is 443= 85184

cm^3.

Volume of the hemisphere will be

85184/2 42592 cm^3

\Now,

2/3×22/7×(r)^3=42592

⇒r^3=20328 cm^3
