Solution:

(2) Percentage of blue ink in the 1stbottle = 50%
Percentage of blue ink in 2nd bottle= 20%
After replacement, the percentageof blue ink in the mixture = 30%Percentage of blue ink

Ratio of the 1st and the 2ndquantities = 10:20 = 1:2

i.e. 2/ {1 +2}=2/ 3

part of the blue ink isbeing replaced.
