(1) The first step is shearing, i.e.removing the fleece and a thin layerof the skin with a machine. Secondstep is scouring, i.e. washing thesheared skin with hair to removegrease and dirt. Third step is sorting,i.e. separating the hair of differenttextures. Fourth step is dyeingthe hair in desired colours. Fifthstep is straightening the hair androlling it into yarn.
