(2) Since cylinder is melted into small balls, volume of cylinder will be equal to sum of volumes of all the balls. Therefore, number of spherical balls,

n= {\π(30)^{2}(40)}/{ {4}/{3} × \π×(1)^{3}}

= {3 × 900× 40}/{4}=27000
