(3) Total expenditure on taxes, advertisement and research and development =

10+15+5=30 \%

Expenditure of interest on loan = 17.5%. Since, 17.5% is ` 2.45cr, then 30% will be

{2.45 \× 30}/{17.5}=\ {Rs.} 4.2 \ {crore}
