There of the following four equations are solved on the basis of a certain system. Find the correct answer for the unsolved equation on that basis.

4 × 5 = 42

5 × 6 = 56

6 × 7 = 72

7 × 8 = ?

Solution:

(2) Here,

4× 5=(4+2) ×(5+2)

=6 ×7=42

5 ×6=(5+2) ×(6+2)=7 × 8

=56

6 × 7=(6+2) ×(7+2)=8 × 9

=72

Similarly,

7×8=(7+2) ×(8+2)=9 × 10

=90 .
