Solution:

(1) Let side length of the equilateral triangle be a.
Given that, Height = Area

= {√{3}}/{4} a^{2}

⇒{√{3}}/{4} {a}^{2}= {1}/{2} ×{√{3}}/{4} {a}^{2} ×{a}

⇒{ {a}}/{2}=1⇒{a}=2 {units}
