(2) Let Selling Price of 250 chairs be Rs. 100
Selling Price of 50 chairs

= {100 × 50}/{250}=Rs.720

Selling Price of 50 chairs = Gain = Rs.20
Cost Price of 250 chairs = 100 - 20= Rs. 80
Profit percentage

{20× 100}/{80}=25 \%
