Solution:

(1)since,

x+y=2 z, x=2 z-y, x-z

=2 z-y-z

and hence,

x-z=z-y

Therefore,

\ {x}/{x-z}+ {z}/{y-z}=\ {x}/{x-z}-\ {z}/{x-z}=1
