Solution:

(2)Total weight of 40 children is 40 36.2 1448 kg
Total weight of 43 children is 1448 + 42.3 + 39.7 + 39.5 =1569.5 kg
So, the new average weight of 43children is,

{1569.5}/{43}=36.5 \ {kg}
