Solution:

h = 14 cm, r = 7 cm
So,

l^2 = (7)^2 + (14)^2 = 245

l = 7√ 5

Total surface area=

πrl + πr^2

=22/7× 7 × 7√ 5 +22/7× 7 × 7

= 154(2.236 + 1) = 498.35 cm
