What is B's contribution in the capital?

Solution:

Let B's capital be Rs. B.
⇒ (3500 × 12): (B × 7) = 2: 3
⇒

{3500× 12}/{7B}=2/3

⇒ B’s share =

{3500 ×12× 3}/{2×7}

= 500 × 6 × 3 = 9000
