Solution:

In each column, the number at the end is the product of first number to the sum of second and third number.
Eg :-

(6 + 7) × 5 = 13 × 5 = 65

and

(3 + 2) × 4 = 5 × 4 = 20

Similarly,

(x + 4) × 9 = 45

⇒

(x + 4) =45/ 9 =5

⇒

x = 5 − 4 = 1
