Solution:

Given,

x-y=4

and

x y=3

∴ \;\; x^{3}-y^{3} \;\; =(x-y)^{3}+3 x y(x-y)

\;\; =(4)^{3}+3 × 3 ×(4)

\;\; =64+36=100
