Given,

\;{(x^{4}+x^{2}+1)}/{(x^{2}+x+1)}

=\;{x^{4}+x^{2}+1+x^{2}-x^{2}}/{(x^{2}+x+1)}

=\;{(x^{4}+1+2 x^{2})-x^{2}}/{(x^{2}+x+1)}=\;{(x^{2}+1)^{2}-x^{2}}/{(x^{2}+x+1)}

=\;{(x^{2}+1+x)(x^{2}+1-x)}/{(x^{2}+x+1)}

=(x^{2}-x+1)
