If ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral with ∠A = 50° , ∠B = 80° , then ∠C and ∠D are

Solution:

We know that, sum of opposite angles in a cyclic quadrilateral is 180°
∴

∠A + ∠C= 180°

and

∠B+ ∠C= 180°

⇒

50°+∠C=190°

(or)

∠C=130°

⇒

80°+∠D=180°

(or)

∠D=100°

Hence, option D is the correct answer.
