Lipulekh Pass is situated in the state of Uttarakhand. It lies near the tri-junction of India, Nepal and Tibet. It connects Uttarakhand with Tibet. It is also used by pilgrims to Kailas and Mansarovar. The pass was the first Indian border post to beopened for trade with China in 1992.
