Profit percent

∴ CP of article

={{\SP}}/{(100+{ \Profit } \%)} ×100

={600}/{(100+20)} ×100

Now, loss percent

CP of article

=₹ 500

∴ Required SP

={\CP} ×{(100-\loss \%)}/{100}

=500 ×({100-20}/{100})

=5 ×80

=₹ 400
