In January 2020, Australia has ordered to kill camels due to drought.
The Government has ordered to kill them as they threatened the water and food supplies of indigenous communities. Camels are not native to Australia and have no natural predators. They were first brought to the continent in the mid- 1800 s to aid in exploration.
