SSC CHSL 15 Oct 2020 Shift 3 Paper

Article-74(1) of the Indian Constitution provides that there shall be a Council of Ministers with the Prime Minister at the head to aid and advice the President who shall, in the exercise of his functions, act in accordance with such advice. Article also empowers President to direct Council of Ministers to reconsider their advice.
