=({100+25}/{100}) ×x

=₹ 1.25 x

Now, selling price at

15 \%

loss

{\SP}=({100-{ \Profit } \%}/{100}) ×{\CP}

={100-15}/{100} ×x

=₹ 0.85 x

According to the question,

0.4 x=800
