SSC CHSL 15 Oct 2020 Shift 1 Paper

As per the 91st Constitutional Amendment Act, 2003, the total number of ministers, including the Chief Minister, in the Council of Minister in a State cannot exceed 15\% of the total number of the Legislative Assembly of that State. The number of ministers shall not be less than 12.
This Amendment also provided that member disqualified on the grounds of defection shall also be disqualified for any remunerative political post, office wholly or partially under the government.
