Solution:

The logic of codes of 'TIFFIN' and 'BOX',

\T+\I+\F+\F+\I+\N+3

=20+9+6+6+9+14+3=67

and

\B+\C+\X+3

=2+15+24+3=44

Similarly, in CARDBOARD,

\C+\A+\R+\D+\B+\O+\A+\R+\D+3

3+1+18+4+2+15+1+18+4
