Solution:

According to the question,

{CP}

for one orange

=\;{2000}/{400}=₹ 5

We know that

{SP}= {CP}(\;{100+P \%}/{100})

⇒ \;\; 260= {CP}(\;{100+30}/{100})

⇒ \;\; {CP}=\;{260 × 100}/{130}=₹ 200

∴

Total number of orange

=\;{200}/{5}=40
