Article-32 of the Constitution of India affirms the right to move the Supreme Court by appropriate proceedings for the enforcement of the rights conferred in Part III of the Constitution. Part III of the Indian Constitution contains the Fundamental Rights of Indian citizens, which includes Article-32. It gives all Indian citizens the right to file a complaint with the country's Supreme Court if their Fundamental Rights are violated.
