Solution:

In each column, the first number is obtained by adding the cube of last number and square of second number.
Eg :-

4^3 + 7^2 = 64 + 49 = 113

5^3 + 6^2 = 125 + 36 = 161

Similarly,

3^3 + 2^2 = 27 + 4 = 31
