Let the cost price of the washing machine be $\mathit{₹}\mathit{x}$.
So, the cost price of the fridge
$=\mathit{₹}\left(38200-\mathit{x}\right)$
$\therefore$ According to the question,
Selling price of fridge and washing machine are same,
$\frac{\left(38200-\mathit{x}\right)\times 115}{100}=\frac{\mathit{x}\times 76}{100}$
$\Rightarrow 38200\times 115-115\mathit{x}=76\mathit{x}$
$\Rightarrow 115\mathit{x}+76\mathit{x}=38200\times 115$
$\Rightarrow 191\mathit{x}=38200\times 115$
$\therefore \mathit{x}=\frac{38200\times 115}{191}=\mathit{₹}23000$
