Solution:

According to the pie-chart and question,
Money collected from middle classes

\;\text " = ₹ "\; 6750 \;\text " (i.e. 30\%) "\;

∴

Money collected from Secondary classes

\;\; =\;{6750}/{30} × 27

\;\; =₹ 6075

∴

Required more money

\;\; =6750-6075

\;\; =₹ 675
