On mixing both,
Quantity of milk

= {3 x}/{4}+ {5 x}/{7}

= {21 x+20 x}/{28}= {41 x}/{28}

∴ Required ratio

=\ {41 x}/{28} : {15 x}/{28}=41 : 15
