(3) A number is divisible by 11 if the difference between the sum of digits at odd places and that at even places is either zero or a multiple of 11.
Sum of the digits at odd places = 6 + 8 + 5 = 19
Sum of the digits at even places = 9 + 6 + 7 = 22
∴ Required number = 22 – 19 = 3
