Solution:

(1) C.P. of 25 windows

= {120000× 75}/{100}= {Rs} .90,000

After additional discount,
C.P. for builder = Rs. (90000 – 7500) = Rs. 82500
∴ Cost of each window

= {82500}/{25}= {Rs} .3300
