(2) Let C.P. of 1 kg. of rice be Rs. 100.
According to the question,
∵ S.P. of 700 gm. of rice = Rs. 110
∴ S.P. of 1000 gm. of rice

= {110}/{700} × 1000

= {1100}/{7}=
