(2) Let B’s profit be Rs. x.
∴ A’s profit = Rs. (1650 – x)
According to the question,

{1650-x}/{3}= {2 x}/{5}

⇒ 6x = 1650 × 5 – 5x
⇒ 6x + 5x = 8250
⇒ 11x = 8250

⇒\x= {8250}/{11}=
