ATQ,

x +2/y = 1

⇒

x=1-2/y={y-2}/y

⇒

1/x=y/{y-2}

⇒

1/{2x}=y/{2(y-2)

...(i)
And,

y + 1/z = 2

⇒

1/z=2-y

⇒

z=1/{2-y}

....(ii)
From equation (i) and equation (ii) we get

z+1/{2x}=1/{2-y}+y/{2(y-2)}

=1/{2-y}-y/{2(y-2)}={2-y}/{2(y-2)}=1/2
