Final price of sugar = 70x
And final expenditure = 84y
Initially consumption of sugar $=\frac{100\mathit{y}}{100\mathit{x}}=\frac{\mathit{y}}{\mathit{x}}$
Final consumption of sugar $=\frac{84\mathit{y}}{70\mathit{x}}=\frac{1.2\mathit{y}}{\mathit{x}}$
ATQ,
$\frac{0.2\mathit{y}}{\mathit{x}}=32\Rightarrow \frac{\mathit{x}}{\mathit{y}}=160$
Final consumption = 160 + 32 = 192 kgs.
