Solution:

Δ EMC is similar to Δ EAB
as MC || AB

\MC/\AB =1/2

⇒\EB=16\cm

\MC=4\cm

\AB=8\cm

\EA =√{256+64}=8√5\cm

Inradius of triangle

=(\EB+\AB-\EA)/2

Inradius

=12-4√5\cm
