Solution:

Average sell in 2014

={4 + 4.5 + 6 + 7.5}/4

22/4=5.5

Average sell in 2015

={5 .5 + 5 + 6.5 +8.5}/4

=25.5/4=6.375

Average sell in 2016

={7.5 + 6 + 7.5 +9.5}/4

=30.5/4=7.625

So, Brand 4 has the maximum stars.
