In an examination 65% students pass in history and 55% students pass in hindi. If 5% students failed in both the subjects, then what is the percentage of students who have passed in both the subjects ?

Validate

Solution:

Let the total students = 100
Passed in history = 65
Passed in Hindi = 55
Failed in the both subjects = 5
Passed adeast in one

= 1 0 0 -5 = 95

Passed in both subjects

= 65 + 5 5 -9 5 = 2 5

So, 25% students are passed in both subject.
